Impossible de contrôler la Gopro Hero 7

Bonjour,

Avec l'application, je n'arrive pas à contrôler la gopro. 

Il est indiqué, à chaque fois, qu'il est impossible de se connecter à la gopro.

Et pourtant, sur la gopro, il est bien indiqué que la connexion est établie.

Voici ce que j'ai fait :

- J'ai supprimé le wifi , le bluetooth.

- Changé la bande Wifi en 2.4 GHz et 5 GHz.

- J'ai fait une réinitialisation usine de la gopro.

- J'ai supprimé et réinstaller l'application.

Materiel :

Gopro Hero 7 (version du logiciel : v1.8)

Samsung A50 (Android 9)

Je viens de faire la mise à jour Samsung et tout fonctionne très bien.

Hi @lolo82370,

We released an updated for that. 

Please try to delete any GoPro Device on you phone's bluetooth settings. 

Reset your camera to factory settings. 

Delete or unpair the camera to your GoPro App. 

After that try to pair your camera again.

I tired again but it's the same result.

I can see the camera in Gopro App but i can't control it.

Wo ist dafür ein Update veröffendlicht?

Seit Monaten beschweren sich die GoPro Besitzer das das A50 nicht mit der GoPro funktioniert.

Mittlerweile auch jede Menge andere Handy Hersteller.

Zeigen Sie mir das Update. Ich schaue täglich hier und habe noch kein offizelles gesehen.

Hi @lolo82370,

Just got an update. 

Some A50 users were able to make it work by downloading and installing new update from Samsung. 

Just check your phone's settings if you have new software update.
