Imposible acceder a la cámara

Hola. Reinicié por error el wifi de la cámara y ahora no puedo acceder a la misma. La aplicación y la cámara no pueden sincronizarse. Cuando me aparece el pin para introducirlo en la app, la app intenta conectarse al wifi pero me dice que no encuentra la contraseña. Mi probema es que, al intentar conectar la cámara, me pide una contraseña (no clave pin) que desconozco o que se me olvidó en su momento. No hay ningun lugar en el que me pida un pin, solo el wifi de la contraseña.

@sunnyoasis00670, what camera do you have? Please follow these troubleshooting steps accordingly: 

  1. Remove your camera entry from the GoPro App's history. 
    • Android: Open GoPro App. Press and hold the image of the camera and delete the entry from your camera history. 
    • iOS: Open GoPro App. Tap the pencil icon in the top-left corner of the Camera menu page. Tap the red X icon to delete the camera entry from your app’s history.  
  2. Reset your camera’s Wi-Fi settings using the instructions HERE.
  3. Delete the GoPro camera under the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi entries in your mobile device’s settings before attempting to re-pair to your GoPro using the instructions HERE.

If the app is still asking for the password, there is a chance that the reset was not completed.

Please try to reset the camera's Wi-Fi again.

Once done, proceed with the pairing process.

Sigo sin poder acceder a la cámara. Vuelvo a resetear el wifi y sigue pidiéndome la contraseña antes de hacer el 'pairing'.
