How does one import video from camera roll to the GoPro App (iOS) on the iPhone/iPad?
I want to add the gauges to my 20 min motorcycle sessions while still at the track but I can only figure out adding via the wifi connection. This takes 3X as long as an SD card import and uses more battery, so I would prefer to not use wifi for such long videos if I can.

just open Quik and you'll be able to import your file from camera roll.
When you say while on track you mean while recording?
It's not possible to add gauge while recording.

How does one add gauges (from GPS data) in Quik (iOS)? I have only seen that option in the GoPro mobile app.
No track as in the race track. Meaning I want to do this quickly on my iPhone to review my technique with speed data not wait until I get back home to my computer.

Quik for mobile has an option to add a Speedometer.
Currently, you can add GPS stickers using the GoPro App.
Once the clip is saved you can then open it via Quik for mobile.

OK let me ask my question again, since it has yet to be answered even though it is the title of this post:

Details: I want to add multiple gauges to long (20 min) videos on my iPhone without the extended time and battery drain of WiFi transfer. Quik can import from camera roll, but can't do all the gauges. GoPro app can transfer via WiFi but takes 3X as long as an SD card import and uses more battery which is significant for a 20 min 4K video transfer.
