Hello @rapidwave12446. Try to sign out and log back into the app. Please be sure to have the latest version of the app installed.

Hello, @rapidwave12446. Are you still having issues accessing your Quik subscription? We used the email address on your Hub profile but we are unable to pull up a record of a subscription associated with it. If a different email address has been used for the subscription, please send me the email information through a direct message so I can check its status on my end. A screenshot showing the error you're getting as well as on showing that you are subscribed will be greatly helpful. Thanks!
