Please try this.
Reset camera connection on your camera settings.
Delete the paired device (Camera) on GoPro App.
Delete Bluetooth SSID on your Phone.
Pair GoPro App and Camera.
Make sure you have active internet connection.
Then try to stream to Facebook.

Hello @thedoggydirty. If you have not done it yet, re-flash firmware on your camera (even if your camera may already be updated to the latest firmware). There are steps under Manual Update here https://gopro.com/help/articles/how_to/software-update-instructions-for-hero7-cameras to guide you through the process. This process will help clear any possible error associated with the current installation.
Then, pair your camera with your phone. Should you encounter any issue, there are troubleshooting steps here that you can refer to. Once everything is good, get started with live stream again considering the steps detailed in this article. Let us know how it goes.
