I have uninstalled the iPad app reinstalled it, I’m logged in with GoPro plus but nothing showing in the cloud media but on my iPhone cloud media it has loads of videos in there.

I'm having this problem, but the other way around.
GoPro Plus cloud media shows up on my iPad but not my iPhone.
- It shows up fine on my Mac and the web
- I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app on my phone
- I have tried signing in and out of my account on the phone.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

It can take some time for the different devices to import the directory of all of the content on your cloud account. Let it stay open for a while so it can fully sync. If that doesn't resolve it, our team at https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs can do some additional troubleshooting.

This problem has persisted for nearly a year now - I suppose it’s time to go straight to support.

@jefft I'm not getting any response from support when I try to contact them. I just get constant "all our agents are busy" messages.
How should I take this forward?

@mariustanya No - never provided with a case number - I just get the error message every time. Yes, I've tried during the stated hours — but I thought one of the benefits of GoPro Plus was that we get 24 hour chat support?
