When opening the APP on iOS, when I click on the Cloud tab, the following sentence appears: "No media yet". However, I am a subscriber to Gopro + and through the web and desktop App, I can access all the videos in the cloud.
I wonder, what can I do to access these videos via iPhone?

Have you tried signing in and out of your PLUS account on the app?
You can also try clearing the app's cache. NO need to include data.
Let us know how it goes.

I have already performed the following steps:
- I logged out of the APP
- I logged out of GoPro +
- I deleted it, and installed the APP again
Regarding cache cleaning, I don't know how to do this. Do you have a step-by-step process?
