How to upload media from GoPro App to GoPro Cloud? (years of media already in app)
[ New ]Hello,
Seems that no one can actually answer this question. I already have media on my GoPro App from the last few years. I also have a Plus Subscription. I understand that AutoUpload solves the issue moving forward— but what about ALL MY GOPRO FOOTAGE ALREADY IN MY GOPRO APP ON MY IPHONE? How do I upload this media to the GoPro Cloud?
When I select the media in the GoPro App, the only option is to "save to phone" with no option to upload to Cloud...
Anyone? GoPro? Seems like such a basic feature, so I am beyond confused!

Re: How to upload media from GoPro App to GoPro Cloud? (years of media already in app)
[ New ]Hi @ninjashane
Kindly check if the Mobile Upload option is turned on.
The files saved on the app should automatically sync to the cloud.
You may also try switching the option on and off.
Make sure to relaunch the app before turning it back on.
On the App got to Settings> My Account> Mobile Upload
Go to the Media tab, files should be tagged with any of the icons below:
CLOCK - Item is queued for upload
CLOUD+UP - Item uploading
CLOUD+CHECK - Upload completed
EXCLAMATION - There was an error uploading
Let us know how it goes.
Also, make sure to keep the connection active, you can just let the app running on the background until the upload completes.
Thanks!
