How do you know which items in Recent already been downloaded to Local (to the Photos app)? (IOS)

When looking at the media section in GoPro App on iOS, there are 3 tabs: Recent, Local and Cloud.  When you download an item in the Recent tab, it is copied to the Local tab and is also added to the iPhone's Photo's app, which is great.  However, there doesn't appear to be any indication of which items in the Recent tab have been copied to the Local tab.  I found out very quickly that this is very inconvenient because, when looking at a long list of recent items, I have no easy way of knowing which items I've add to the Local tab/Photos app and which I haven't.  As a result, I've duplicated some items and missed others.   Am I missing something or is this a rather large oversight in the app functionality?  How do other people handle their workflow on iOS in this regard?

Re: How do you know which items in Recent already been downloaded to Local (to the Photos app)? (...

Hi @johnd71246,

My personal workflow is: Downloading the best clips only on my freetime or right after the activity and delete the files on camera to save space on SD card and it also avoid duplicates.
