How do i download video from GoPro plus could to my iPad

My ipad pro 2018 can’t import from an SD card (known bug- Apple working on it) but I NEED to get my videos on to my ipad to edit! I have not ben able to do this from the GoPro ipad app. The Download option is grayed out. I can play the videos on the ipad, i just can’t get them to reside on the ipad. I want/need to be able to work on them when wife is not available. 

Any sugestions would be GREATlY appreciated!

SOLVED i was trying to donwlopad from the gopro WEBSITE. I was able to download gopro plus cloud videos from the gopro iOs APP.
