How do I prevent Quik from adding black bars to frame the video in edits?

[ New ]
In Quik for Android, I want to trim a video and add a filter. When I look at the edit, black bars appear at the top and bottom of the screen to add a dramatic or cinematic effect. I do not want this framing. I have tried deselecting and even manually overriding the framing menu to get rid of this effect. Where can I disable it?

Exactly :) those black bars come with the video style CINE, if you choose another one, you won't have them.
RAW video style will have, indeed, very few effects.

Found the answer. It's a video theme. Set your theme to RAW to remove effects.
