I am frequently using hiligts when taking a video form my Hero 5 Black (creating the hilights with Smart Remote and Voice commands). When I was using it with Quik mobile on Android (aprox. 10 months ago) everything workend without problem. Now I changed to Quik mobile for iPad and staring problems with transfer of hilights to Quik.
I take the video and when I look on the video with GoPro App I see the Hilights correctly (see attached screenshot with 2 hilights):
When I download them over wi-fi i see the hilights in gopro app again corrctly, but when I start to edit with Quik they disapear in Quik (see screenshot of the same movie):
This is frustrating, because I used often Hilights for fast editing of videos. Could you pls. advice me what is wrong? The cammera is recording and transfering hilights correctly to GoPro app, but the Quik is not reading them.
Thank you in advance for help

Hello @fastcliff35057. Thank you for sharing. By any chance, have you been able to test if the feature still works with your Android device, or works with a different iOS device? Also, does the resolution setting of the video matter? How do you bring the file to Quik - do you download it to the device first and open Quik to add it? Or do you choose to open the video in Quik via GoPro App? We hope to hear back from you.

on android is the situation absolutely same. (no hlights in Quick) I tested it with different resolution and again the same result. In GoPro app I can see the HiLights and when I start to cut them with Quik, there are no HiLights transfered to Quick. I am downloading the files via WiFi from GoPro App - in GoPro app I am pulling down the screen for downloading (function "Pul to search for recent footage") - then the GoPro app is downloading the files and creates QikStory and I click on the created QuikStory to edit it. And in the quik are the files WITHOUT HiLights. When I look into the Media in GoPro app, there are movies WITH HiLights.

What happens when you open the file (raw one, not from QuikStories) in Quik from the GoPro App? Do the Hilights show up? We tried on our end and the Hilights were carried over to Quik when the file is accessed via GoPro App.
