App won't connect to camera. Camera needs to update before it can be used. Can't create, view or edit any media as a result. Cycle repeats. Support were due to call after 5 minutes several hours ago. Chat link opens a blank window, never loads anything.
Have restarted both phone and camera several times, uninstalled and reinstalled app, makes no difference.
Currently have completely unusable camera and no support at all despite having a plus account which is meant to have 24hr support, no way of contacting GoPro, no way of resolving issue.
Appalled with both the product and this lack of service and want a refund at this point but can't do that either as can't contact anyone. Going around in circles and fed up with it beyond words. Many others seem to have the exact same problem, why has this not been fixed or recalled?

Hello @heroicpeak4202. Sorry to hear about the trouble. If you continue to get the same problem with the wireless update, using an SD card adapter, connect your microSD card to your computer and follow the Manual Update instructions specified in this article: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394229
