My new Hero 7 is, apparently, found and connected with my Samsung A50. The blue wi fi symbol is showing and it appears in the Bluetooth list as available. Despite this I cannot get any functionality when trying to operate through the phone. Consistently, I get the error message showing failed to connect with 'try again' or 'get support'. Incredibly frustrating.
what should I do please?

I should have said that I have already done the following; 1. deleted the camera from the app 2. Deleted the app 3. Reset the camera to factory settings.
After reinstating the app and going through the connection process on the phone and app, I still experience the same problem. Wi-fi is set on 2.4 by the way
