Hero5 black not connecting to iphone 8+ mobile app[ New ]
My hero5 black started not properly syncing with my gopro app on my iphone 8+. I noted earlier today, the playback on the capture setting was delayed by 40 seconds. It continues to show it connected to the wifi in my general settings but flasshes an error message afterattempting to sync the library on my canera card. I’ve restarted the camera 5 times now with no change. App is also up to date. Thoughts?

Please try resetting the connection.
Forget the camera's Bluetooth ID from your phone's settings.
Delete the camera from the GoPro app.
Reset the camera's Wi-Fi settings then proceed with the pairing process again.
Connect > Reset Connections, and then tap Reset
