Hero 5 touch screen

The GoPro hero 5 touch screen doesn’t work and so I can’t connect to the app to update or adjust the settings or preferences on my camera what do I do?

@loyaldive77178 - If the rear screen on your HERO5 is blank, your best option is going to be to contact our Support team directly at https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs. Note that the team is off today for Christmas, but we'll be back on Wednesday.

 

It's possible that the connectors to the screen have come lose or been severed, but our team can assess that and look for options for you.

It's possible that the connectors to the screen have come lose or been severed, but our team can assess that and look for options for you.
