WOW! is this still an issue?

 

Im trying to get the videofeed shown from my Samsung S9, and the wheel just keeps on spinning without me see anything. then after 2 minutes i jsut get an popus saying "Something went wrong" no more error code or nothing....

I am able to connect my Hero 5 and Hero 5 session to my Samsung Note 9, but when I try to edit my video, create a video clip and save it, a message pops up that says something went wrong and try again. I keep trying but nothing happens.

Hello @jonnywhy26. How are you editing your video, is it through the GoPro App? Or are you opening your media through Quik for mobile and editing there? If you are editing through Quik, there are steps-to-fix here that you can try. Feel free to post back for any other questions and concerns.

Yes, Yes and Yes.  

The SD card is a LEXAR 300x / 64 GB (Micro SD XC I (1)

It only happens on edited video when I’m trying to download them to my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 9). It was working fine on the Note 9 until the recent update from Samsung a month or so ago.  

Works fine on iPhone 8 and iPad.
