Me remiten desde App store a este canal, he pagado la suscripción anual y la app no la reconoce, no me deja acceder a las ventajas de la suscripción, estoy decepcionado.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We were able to pull up a subscription using the same email address on our Hub profile.

Please make sure you are signed in with the same account on the app.

 

If you still get the Quik subscription pop-up, choose Subscribe Now then scroll down then tap on Restore Purchases.
