Gopro5 cannot connect with capture app

Hi, please i really need your help
I have one gopro black 5
Before i never got any problem
But 2 week ago, i tried to connect my gopro with the capture app but no connection
When i go to wifi it say it is connected but when i go on capture it say please connect your wifi
So i can not anymore check my photo or video
I try to reset the gopro factory, also i delect capture app and reinstall but still the gopro did not connect with the capture app
What should i do please?
