Gopro plus videos seen but shown 'No media' when Downloading into quik

I've been using gopro plus to store my videos and import into quik for editing with no problems for weeks.
However today when I try to do this, it's failing.
When I'm in quik and try to add media, I can see my videos in gopro plus, I can select them and watch them download. However when the download is complete, I get a message saying 'No media found, you need media to start a project '.
I have tried deleting the quik app and reinstalling, but stil no luck.
Anyone know how i can fix this?

I am sorry for any troubles caused. What is the model of your phone?
I have tried it on my end using different phone models. I got the same error on Android devices but it seems to work on iPhones. We have already sent a feedback to the team in charge regarding this issue. I will post back on this thread once we receive an update.

Yeah I've seen it works fine on iOS too, but my Samsung 6edge isn't working.

This 'No Media Found' issue is a known bug and we are investigating it :(

Hello @superriver11763,
Apologies for the delayed response. I just tested with and Android phone and I am still getting the same error message: No Media Found: You need media to continue editing your video. We have not heard from the team yet. Rest assured we will be providing updates when we do.

Thank you for patiently waiting for updates. Our App team is still working on this issue. In the meantime, we can do this workaround: download the file to your device's SD card via GoPro app, then import into Quik for mobile locally.
