Gopro Plus app issue

Hello,

I can see just a black screen with two blue strips on my iPad 5 mini and iPhone screen after I connect with my Gopro Fusion (the camera and the app are both updated). I can take a photo with a voice control but I can't see the media in the app. In my account I can see an information "Your Subscription Is Cancelled" but I pay every month and I have the new invoice from Apple with this information: "GoPro Plus (Automatic Renewal) GoPro Plus (Automatic Renewal) (Monthly) Renews 06 May 2020". I tried to send you a number of my order ID and an a copy of the invoice from Apple but I received an information from Gopro.com that I can do it through a chat but it doesn't work, I can see a blank page, that's it.
I have restarted the camera and the iPad, and iPhone several times but the problem still exists. Could you please help me? I need it ASAP, looking for new clients.

Thank you. I did it. After chatting with Gopro I have to wait for a message from your Account Specialist because iTunes told me my subscription is valid, I pay for it every month but Gopro told me it's cancelled. Frustrating.
