Gopro App crashing when saving or sharing quik story

• Running GoPro app 6.2
• iOS 13.2
• On an iPhone Xr
• Using a GoPro Black 7

Outside having sketchy connectivity between the camera and the iphone, when i do manage to get it connected. I have edited 2 quik stories. If i try to 'save to photos' or 'share', it goes to render the video and the app just crashes. Specifically just shuts. I get to see 0% of render then gone. What's going on????

I have retarted the phone and taken app off the phone and reloaded, both multiple times. Is this an issue with the app and iOS 13.2???

These videos are like 1min in length. And the phone shoots 4k. So I'm not trying to export any video that would be in any way to large for a brand new iphone?

Anyone else having this issue??

GoPro, any statement? insight into an app update that solves this???

I gained access to the 6.3 beta and I can confirm that the crash issues when trying to render a quick story is fixed. Tested it out on an ipad pro and an iphone 8.

The same problem here on my 11" iPad Pro with iOS 13.2 and GoPro app version 6.2.1. Pretty useless in it's current state. Always crashing when trying to save to Photos. 0 percent progress and then... boom. Crash! Please fix this now!!!

Me pasa lo mismo

- IOS 13.2
- iPhone XR
- App GoPro 6.2.1

He hecho todas pruebas que se me han ocurrido: reiniciar el teléfono, reinstalar la aplicación, hacerlo con vídeos de varias clases, incluso solo de un par de fotos y nada!!!

I encountered the same problem.
I noticed the problem occured after I installed IOS 13.2

I had verified it with 1 file which I successfully saved before the update.
