Has the camera been paired to a mobile device previously? If the camera is being paired to the same mobile device, make sure to delete it first from the list of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections. This will allow the camera to generate a PIN once the pairing is initiated.

I lost my phone so not possible to delete it from APP. Then how do I delete it from the list?

If the camera is not prompting a Bluetooth PIN, then the reset may have not completed successfully.
I suggest manually updating the camera then try to reset the Wi-Fi settings again.
