GoPro app version: 6.5 (3495)
Phone: iPhone Xr, 128GB
Free Memory On phone (incl, GoPro App): 68GB
Used Space GoPro App: 26GB
GoPro app crashes when i try to share or save a story. The story contains 20 clips with both 2,7K/60FPS and 4K/60FPS footage. The longest/largest clip are 4004MB (4GB), 8:52. All clips contains Hi-lites.
The lenght of the movie i am trying to save/share are 02:12.
The save/share starts and at about half time it crashes.

Does the same happen if you a create a story with just about a minute length?
How about when sharing/saving clips?
If you have access to another phone, please see if you can replicate the issue.

Sorry about that, I can suggest that you try using the beta of the app - currently version 6.7 is in beta - as it has many bug/crash fixes.
However one thing I'm also thinking is that you're using heavy/big files > 20 clips with both 2,7K/60FPS and 4K/60FPS footage. The longest/largest clip are 4004MB (4GB), 8:52 > which could be what's causing the app to crash due to memory issue.
Did you try the same export without the big 4GB file?
If you want to join the beta:
You will have to fill out a NDA first. Here: https://goprorc.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3dRVirHRT9IfmBf
I'll add you to our testers' list when it's done.
- iOS: install TestFlight on your device, invitation will come per email
To share feedback and for follow up > ask access to:
- iOS GROUP: https://www.facebook.com/groups/goproapp.ios.beta
It's a place where beta users share their feedback / ideas / bug reports / videos / questions etc...
We can then do the follow up on the Facebook group and per Messenger (Anais GoPro), it's best for me to help users that way.

I managed to save the movie to iPhone pictures. All i did was just to change music track and shortened the clip to best music ending.
I haven’t been able to share to YouTube, but that could be a YT thing...
