Hello Goporo Family,
Has anyone ever has this issue. As of 25 April 2019 (maybe early) I have been unable to access Dropbox from Quik. Last time I was able to successfully access Dropbox was around 20 Feb 2019 (info from my last video created). I have no problem accessing Dropbox from the Dropbox app on my phone or PC and have checked the setting and Quik is not disabled in Dropbox. Any help would be great. I have included a screen capture.
My Device: Samsung Note FE (Android) V8.0.0

Sorry to ask this. Will this update be rolled out before April 24th? I'm leaving for Columbia and would need access to my dropbox to create my youtube videos with all the content we will be recording.

Getting back to you on this matter. We had to do some digging to identify more cleary the problem and sadly, I'm sorry to report that fixing the issue is going to take way more time / ressources than we can afford.
As you may know - or not - the team is fully concentrated on the big work that is the fusion of GoPro App and Quik App, this huge task is the priority.
The next release 5.0.6 will fix an audio bug on Pixel 3 as well as remove the Dropbox import feature. You have to know that usage is actually really low (less than 1% of project use Dropbox import) so it's also why we decided to do remove the option.
