GoPro Quik app IOS[ New ]
I made an upgrade for the GoPro Quik on august 27th. I paid € 9,99.
I still have no access. When I try to make a video the following message apppears:
Complete Your Subscription by Phone Contact Support to make sure we have the right currency on file for your account.
When I tap the button Get Support, nothing happens.
What to do?

What version is the app on?
We were able to pull up an active Quik subscription using the email address in your Hub profile.
Please make sure you are signed in with the same account.
You can also try signing in and out of the account.
Make sure to relaunch the app before signing back in.
If it's still the same, please send us a screenshot of the error message.
