GoPro Plus subscription error

I have all the aps setup, I have a subscription coming in to my email from Apple yet in my account its telling me I don’t have a subscription and would I like to renew - am I missing something, this has been taking money from my account for months and I’ve only just realised its not actioning against my current login - Any suggestions 

 

my account is setup on my Gmail email and billing comes to my work email - Help ! please

Do you remember if you signed up via the App Store/ itunes or via gopro.com?

Also please check if the email where you receive the notifications is the same email signed in with your GoPro app or on the website.

 

Our Support Team should also be able to look into this further.

Also please check if the email where you receive the notifications is the same email signed in with your GoPro app or on the website.
