I got GoPro MAX yesterday and wanted to reframe 360 video on my GoPro app, but when i click on it in media window it goes into "hourglass icon" mode and nothing happens for couple of hours. Is this a product fault?

@mpupovac, sorry to hear about the trouble. Please make sure to have the latest GoPro App (6.2) and camera firmware installed. Follow the Manual Update instructions specified in this article: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-Update-GoPro-Cameras/ta-p/394229
Additionally, what's the Android version installed?

I am also experiencing the same issue. I tap on a video and it shows me the first frame with the icons below, then tap any of the three icons below and get the loading spinner.
If I tap the middle icon to edit/reframe I get the loading spinner, as above, tapping back gives a "Save Edits?" dialog.
Camera is MAX, updated yesterday. Phone is a Helio P70 powered Doogee S90 Pro running Android 9 June 5 2019 security patch level, Kernel 4.4.146+ built 20190624. GoPro App is 6.2 (8306).
Identical steps, same camera, same video work fine on a Samsung S10e - so this isn't user error :-)

Both GoPro APP and camera have been updated to the latest available software. Since i'm not the only one having this issue, i'd suspect this is a product fault. The tricky part is the fact i can't edit 360 videos, the desktop app is not yet available for the pc, and i don't have mac nor i-phone.
There should have been some disclaimer which says that you can't use 360 videos if you're not an apple customer, then i'd probably buy something else.

Below are the system requirements for 360 media support in the GoPro App. Check and see if your device meets them.
Android 8.0+, with at least 4GB RAM.
Keep in mind that, particularly on Android, other factors present on the device can affect performance, even when recommended hardware requirements are met.
See https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/360-Media-Support-in-the-GoPro-App/ta-p/408043 for more information.
Let us know what you find out. Thanks!
