GoPro App Download S9+

I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+, Android version 11.

I just brought a Hero Black 7 and tried downloading the app from the Play Store but it doesn't show. When I click on Apps on the gopro site which shows to download from with the Apple store or Android play store, I click on Android and it shows the app but says incompatible with my device.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any solution? My phone isn't thst old and everything on it is up to date.

Hey Ej. So I went into the paly store and have two Gmail accounts on there, one location of Iraq and another for UK so I switched them and the app came up. So def a location issue.

Your phone should be compatible with the app. However, it could be your location.

Which country are you currently at?

Android version 9 (sorry I had said 11 in my post).

To help further isolate the issue, would you be able to test this with another phone?
