Go Pro Quick app Subscription not recognized

Hello,

 

I have a subscription made via Apple Store good through 28 Sep 2022, but it never got recognized by the app anymore since renewal. 

 

How to solve that? I tried login off, reinstalling the app, nothing worked.

 

I tried to add my comment under https://community.gopro.com/t5/GoPro-Apps-for-Mobile/Go-Pro-Quick-app-Subscription-not-recognized/td..., but it doesn't allow me to add my reply.

Hello, @adilsoncarvalho. We see an active subscription tied to the email address on your Hub profile. Try signing out of the app and manually signing back in using the same email address. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!
