@sunnycreek53880, thanks for reaching out. By any chance, is there an error message when trying to access Plus on your mobile device? Are you also able to access your Plus Media Library when directly logged in to https://gopro.com/login through a web browser? Additionally, if available, try other mobile devices to help us further isolate the problem. Hoping to hear back from you.
