Fusion media showing black screen when attempting to edit on mobile app: Android
[ New ]Hi folks - any tips/tricks for mobile app + Fusion media? When attempting to look at or edit media from Fusion (whether on the GoPro or after downloading to phone) I hear audio but get no visual. It's just a black screen.
This is a Google Pixel XL.

Hi @mirkwood
If you can hear the audio playing but cannot see the video, it may mean that the processor on your device cannot keep up with the live rendering of your video. Closing out other apps and/or power cycling or restoring your device might help.
Using footage recorded in 1440 or above may potentially cause this issue as these are heavy files mainly dedicated for computer processing.
Regards,
Ej
