I can download files from my Hero5 Black to my PC just fine, but when the PC version of Quik tries to upload files to sync with the Plus cloud some of the files won't upload, most do but some won't. I've logged out and back in again with no luck. On occasion I have had quik start to upload the missing files, but they always fail to upload in the end. Having the Plus account sync my files is the reason I purchased it, so this is very frustrating.

Yes, everything is up to date and read the article (as well as many others). The error message I usually get is that the upload failed. I have repeatedly tried to upload the files that won't sync in the desktop app by using the manual method on gopro.com, my files still fail to upload. The upload always gets to the end, but always fails. Is there perhaps a size limit for the files that is making the upload time-out?
