Failed connection

I keep needing to uninstall the app, reinstall and it works.  I have done this multiple times and I'm very annoyed.  Android based yoga book 2in1

What camera are you using?

Does the same happen if you pair the camera with a different mobile device?

Have you tried changing the Wi-Fi band?
