FUSION Exynos 8895 Support on Android
[ New ]When will GoPro fix issues with Android support of Samsung Exynos 8895 processor.
Its been over 6 months now from release, NO REAL android support, you claim high end support for Android, THIS IS FALSE.
Get real GoPro..... WHEN WHEN WHEN !!!

Re: Exynos 8895 Support for Android
[ New ]
We do our best to ensure that the GoPro applications work on every device but this is nearly impossible due to the nature of the OS. Android is a fragmented operating system with a myriad of devices running different hardware and software specs. These inconsistencies make it extremely difficult to ensure that the app will work flawlessly on every device that being said we are still working on the updates to get this addressed.
Please continue to check our website for more information on the updates.
Best Regards,
Ej

Re: FUSION Exynos 8895 Support on Android
[ New ]That is a poor excuse as other camera manufacturers have no trouble in doing what you say is difficult. The app does not even work at all... not just flawlessly. The camera is a great camera ...but so difficult to use as an Android Note 8 user...I use my Xiaomi for 99.9% of shots when I should be able to use them both equally.
Please put more effort into resolving Android issues.
STILL an unhappy Gopro owner.

We appreciate the feedback. As we continue to work on our camera and applications' overall performance, additional Android devices will become supported.
Many Thanks!

Re: FUSION Exynos 8895 Support on Android
[ New ]They love to say it is Android's fault and always the same excuse: "we are working on it" and "eventually more phones will be supported" for more than six months now.
I have both Samsung Galaxy S8+ (SM-G955F) and S9, which are considered TOP Android devices and GoPro Fusion DOES NOT work with them. Shame on you GoPro!

[ New ]Nothing at all...
GoPro does not show any respect for Android users. Its a shame!
