Error message

Dear Team,
I write this message to inform you that i have been using Quick for the past year & when making videos includes slow motion videos, it used to detect & load but since of late it doesn’t recognise the slow motion video & keeps saying your phone doesn’t support high definition videos but this never happened before.. please solve this issue please asap

Hi @quickcave0680,

 

Without a bit more info it os hard to tell what may be going on here. Make sure that the resolution you are using is supported by Quik:

Well, I have been using the same resolution & format from the beginning... I don’t have many options...
