I downloaded Quick - it worked and let me upload several clips, until I closed it and reopened - then it asked for verificatrion via email. I was let back in but then asked for a product type... no Hero2 in the drop down and can't get past the page to find my (now deleted from the camera) clips... Is there any support out there for Hero2? Is it now obsolete? A shame if so because it works perfectly and is not ready to be retired by a long shot (Alps next week).

Thanks Jay, problem appears to be on the 'My Account' page in that there is no Hero2 for 'my device'. Once I closed down and reopened, the media page reappeared and the videos are uploading again. One strange thing - my deivce only records for 17m 38s before re-starting a new clip. Doesn't appear to lose any time, just breaks down the longer clips into two... Anyway - thanks again!

I just checked under my account and I do not see the option for HERO2 as well. I will verify this information with the team in charge and will keep you posted.
The breaking down of the recorded media file is due to chaptering. This is something intentional and is normal for the camera to do. Chaptering breaks down the whole recording into specific segments once a certain size is reached. You can read more about which media file are being chaptered and how through this article.
