Hello, I purchased the model Gopro Hero 7 Black. But I can't connect it to the app on my Galaxy A50 device. Claiming that the camera transmits at 5 Ghz Compared to my device that transmits at 2.4 Ghz. I realized this was a problem for more users. Is there an update that you can download? If there is no choice and I will have to purchase a new mobile device - what is the required data on the device? Thanks! Dvir

I'm facing the same issue on Samsung Galaxy A50. From the time of purchase I'm able to connect it two times but after that no luck. Did all the possible solution I could find on the internet but sadly none helped. I think there's the problem with mobile and not of the gopro coz i tried connecting the same with other devices though its hard but it has multiple success.

Hello @bravespiri3307 and @jnswilder. A new version of the GoPro App has been released today. Please make sure that you have the latest version of the GoPro App (v6.2.2) installed. After the update, restart your phone, clear cache (cache only, not data) in the App settings on your phone, and try pairing with the camera again. Connectivity should be working this time. Please update your phone.
There's a new software update for Samsung A50.
After updating your phone just unpair your GoPro from your phone's bluetooth settings and then reset your camera to factory settings.
You should be able to pair it after doing that.
If issue persist please let us know.
