Could not add file

Hi there, ive had my gopro hero3+ for over 2 years now, and dont use it very often, usually just for family holidays etc. Anyway the last time i used it was November last year. When it came to view the files it only showed 2. Both of which were right at the beginning.

I have tried using the Quik app on my MacBook, and still it only recognises the first 2 clips, it knows 34 are there but it will not show them, it is just blank thumbnails.

How do i get to view the other videos? I only got the macbook in December, i have also tried on older laptops and my mobile phone but still no joy.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Re: Could not add file

Hi @alanm6403

Here are other ways to import your files to your computer:

  • Use an SD Adapter
  • Automatic with Auto Play Options
  • Manually with File Explorer

You may check this link for further instructions.

If you have an SD slot on your Mac, is suggest trying this method.

In addition to this, here are theresolutions available for copy and share via the GoPro App.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks!

EJ
