Everything was working perfectly i.e(connection between gopro app and camera) once i updated the gopro camera with the latest update after things went wrong. I CAN make a connection between the gopro app and the camera BUT i can't see anything on the screen of my mobile or see my photos. I have tried everything with no luck.
I am using:
Android version 8.0.0
V03.00 Gopro update
I hope someone there will be able to help me.

Is your compatible with Android 9?
Also, please test the camera with a different phone. See if it pairs.

Yes i have tried different mobiles and still have the same problem. I don't know if my mobile phone will support the android 9. If i could undo the latest update i think the problem would be solved. Do you know how to reset the camera to the factory default????

I called the Gopro support team. I discussed with them the issue and they issued me a case no. which is 06795641. They asked me to upload a short youtube video clip explaining my case, which i did. I called them this morning 3 times and in each time they put me onhold for more than 30 mins and then they cut me off. I have to say this is by far the worest customer service i ever had in my life. Please if you can't do your job properly tell us and we will reach someone who do.

I am sorry to hear about what happened.
Surely this is not something we would like you to experience as a GoPro customer.
Based on the case, an email has been sent with instructions of doing a manual update a RECOMMENDED SD CARD.
