Complete your subscription by phone[ New ]
Dear Support Colleagues,
I cannot complete my subscription abo on my iPhone, it constantly asks me to "contact support to make sure we have the right currency on file for your account". my previous debit card was connected to a hungarian bank and now I´d like to pay with a german credit card for the new subscription. Can you please help me? I need the GoPro cloud in 2 days for my travel.

Were you able to update the payment details on your iTunes account?
You can also try restarting your phone or signing in and out of the account.
