Cloud upload issues from camera

I am not able up upload any of my videos directly to the cloud from my HERO 5 Black or HERO 7 Black cameras.  I am also having no luck uploading from the app.... On the app, it shows nothing is in process. When I try and "manually" upload a specific video from the camera directly, I keep getting a message that states "connect to a power supply and try again" (or something along those lines), however, I it is fully charged and connected to a 2A charger/power supply. I have tried factory resets, as recommended in other posts, but still have the same issues. Please help!

Try resetting the camera then proceed with the auto upload setup again.

Hi @bhunt1865

 

Can you please try signing in via gopo.com/login

Click on Add Media and see if it will upload to the cloud.

You may also check if there are files stuck on upload.

See Manage Upload Page in Media Library

Hi,

I am able to get my media on the cloud using this method....logging into gopro.com from a computer, loading my media from my camera to my computer, and then loading it to the cloud.... However, my issue is with the auto upload feature of the camera and the app. I have yet to be able to get this to work and find it rather frustrating.  What other solutions do you have?
