My cloud media works fine on my iPhone but on my iPad it says I have no media, I have deleted the app and reinstalled, and I’m logged in with my same user details. I can assess my cloud media on the PC or by using the internet on my iPad, but the problem is with a GoPro app.

Thank you for reaching out. Are you having trouble just accessing your cloud media through your iPad, or downloading them? I replicated the issue using an iPad and I was able to do both - access media from the cloud and download them as well. It worked for both photos and videos.
Since you have already uninstalled and re-installed the app, I am gathering that you have the latest version of the GoPro App installed. If you would like to verify, that should be version 4.6. Is your iPad updated to the latest OS? See if this is in anyway associated with the issue. The iPad I used has version 11.4.1.

Glad to hear back from you, @royalcliff64628. We would like to further isolate the source of trouble. Please try the following instead of logging in or using the GoPro app,
- Open a browser and got to gopro.com/login
- Log in using your credentials (the same email address and password that you use when you login to your GoPro App)
- Access your cloud media
