Cloud media not showing in Quik

I have a GoPro Plus account.  I recently uploaded new media to the cloud directly from my GoPro.  

 

When I login to my account and visit https://plus.gopro.com/media-library I can see that the cloud media is there - so I know the media is "in the cloud".

When I sort by "Date Captured" - my new media does not show.   When I sort by "Date Uploaded" - the new media is all visible. 

 

Now, here's my problem.  When I launch Quik, I don't see my new media.  It actually shows the same list of media as the "Date Captured" view on the website.  I've tried clicking File -> Check for New Cloud Media... but nothing seems to happen.

 

Help!  I want to be able to download and edit my videos from Quik, like I always do.

I solved my own problem.  

 

The issue was - the new media that I created was timestamped as 2015 - even though I recorded it yesterday.

 

I suppose a recent software update changed the calendar on my GoPro?

 

Anyway, solved... but root cause unknown.

I'm having this same issue.  Media is still on my SD card and my Hero 5 Black says there is no media to upload.  When I go to both Quik and https://plus.gopro.com/media-library two videos captured in the last 24 hours that are still on my SD card have not yet been uploaded.  It's not a timestamp issue for me as nothing shows up prior to the day I first uploaded on April 8, 2017 (I've changed the option to both date uploaded and date captured). I'm not going to remove these two videos my SD card until I tranfer them to an extertal source or they show up in GoPro Plus.  But at $5 per month, I'd like to have all my media upload without issue.  I'm likely going to ditch Go Pro Plus once I get an exteral drive because these issues are fustrating.

Yeah, I actually ran into this issue again - and it's not timestamp.  

 

There are videos that are clearly on my SD card that are not uploading to the cloud.

 

Any recognition of this issue by GoPro and a quick resolution would be helpful.  I'm happy to provide any information that can help debug this issue.

Hi Sam!

 

How are you uploading media files to the cloud?  Is the issue with the Quik Mobile app?  Or is it with media not making it to the cloud in the first place?
