Cloud files on desktop but not mobile app

My cloud is out of sync.  All my files appear in my media library on my laptop, but when I open the Quik mobiile app,  the files are not on the cloud.  They are present 'in the app', but have a cloud with clock symbol next to them.  

 

Can you help???

What cloud icon are you seeing on these files?

Thumbnail icons in your media library show the status of your upload:

CLOCK - Item is queued for upload

CLOUD+UP - Item uploading

CLOUD+CHECK - Upload completed

EXCLAMATION - There was an error uploading.

If you haven't yet, you may also try signing in and out of the account.

Make sure to relaunch the app before signing back in.
