Depending on the length of the video, you should be able to add a couple of Hi-Lights to it.
Watch out for the Hi-Light icon to turn blue.

Thanks for the feedback about HiLight duration, indeed for now this is all managed automatically by the Quik engine so you can't define duration yourself.
The manual trim is a good way to have what you want. Also you can try to put two HiLights next to each other so that they merge together.
Also the longer the song = the longer the video = the longer the HiLights. If the song is too short and you have many media, the engine will have to adapt the length of the HiLights and make them shorter.
