When is the GoPro going to listen to the hundreds of distraught customers concerning the login to Capture?
I've been waiting a month. I think GoPro should change their name to StopNov ("Stop" before hitting the trail to login to Capture, and "Nov" for novice) as they no longer cater to professionals.
Here's some of the feedback provided by GoPro support in concern of the login issues. Does this make ANY sense?
If you are providing all your drone customers a GoPro 5 Black for their trouble, you should provide all GoPro 4 Black users an upgrade to a camera with s screen since we have to deal with your lack of support in what you sold us a year ago. Bait and switch.

The quote by GoPro support is correct, you're just not paying attention. It is not different than other apps that require a login. Other companies might not chose to do this. They also might not be providing a cloud based system that allows users to access their photos and videos from virtually any device and across multiple software (Quik mobile, Splice, Quik for Desktop).
