Hi,
When I use the capture app and download a video to my phone (samsung galaxy 5 mini) the video stays on the first image but the audio plays both in gallery and video player. It works fine on my computer (macbook pro) both video and sound. I have tried reformating the sd card and that didnt work and also an update which didnt work either.
I have also used the quick app and it works fine through that on my phone but i like just raw footage. Also if I upload to instagram it then works in my gallery under the instagram section.
Does anyone have any idea of what can be causing this?
At first thought it was my phone but being that quick app and insta work not sure now.
