Capture Login, still an issue!!!

REMOVE THE LOGIN. REMOVE THE LOGIN. REMOVE THE LOGIN. REMOVE THE LOGIN. REMOVE THE LOGIN. REMOVE THE LOGIN. REMOVE THE LOGIN. REMOVE THE LOGIN. REMOVE THE LOGIN. REMOVE THE LOGIN.

Your customers are passionate for your brand, but not for losing the functionality of our equipment. Why, why, why?!?!

Bring back the old GoPro App for your professional customers.

And yes, the App disconnects regularly. Not every 30 days or what ever excuse GoPro support has told you.

@joxo123, sounds like you might be looking at a subscription for GoPro Plus, not the login section of Capture. 

 

Capture 3.2 was released today which does allow users to put off logging in IF they are out of cellular or Wi-Fi range or if they've never created a GoPro account before. I hope that will help some who were having difficulties!

And furthermore, why do they need my billing information before I can login on the app? I will give them the information when needed.

Seems, like with so many compagnies today, they've got a surplus of marketing dudes working at their place. Focus on making a good finished product. I've had my share of uneccessary problems with wi-fi and GoPro (shielding of wi-fi unit).

This is not true.
You cannot skip the Login if you have access to internet but no gopro account.

This is so limitating the usage of my newly bought 5 Session.

Hell, it's the reason I returned a Session 5 I got for Christmas and bought a Garmin Virb instead.

@bluebluff03605 - That's what Matt said. If you're somewhere out of cellular or wifi range, you can skip the login.
