And what I should to do now? to buy new phone? to return camera? I did't understand your answer, sorry.

I have the latest Samsung Android and a Hero 7 Black. The answer to all of this is: HERO 7 AND 'QUICK' DOES NOT WORK ON AN ANDROID PHONE. I have spent nearly 2 weeks wasting my time trying to get this piece of junk to work. I have been on every site including this trying desperately to get it to work but it does not. I have deleted files, reset, switched on and off repeatedly, reset again, changed settings and am now sick to death of it. I have a Hero 3+ and that is actually a better camera. It does not claim to do anything it cannot. I noted an answer on this thread saying "Android is a fragmented system with many different....etc. " Basically admitting that if you have an Android you sould really have been told before purchase "This camera probably won't work for you" . Don't buy it. Mine is being returned as useless and a waste of money.

Thanks for that but I've already been there and still does not work. Considering the money I paid for this it should have worked straight out of the box. I have given it nearly two hours every night after work for nearly two weeks and have lost the will to live trying to get it to work. I have had it pairing on a couple of occasions, only to have it go back to square one and refuse to pair again. Quick has just never worked, all it has ever given me is a black screen with a cursor moving at the bottom and 'something went wrong'. GoPro have really shot themselves in the foot with this one. It's a pity I liked their stuff and if it worked it would be great, but it just doesn't. I really wanted to get it to work but I have now tried it all and it is going back to the shop tomorrow. They really sould make customers aware of this before purchase.
